Produced in the Premières Côtes de Bordeaux appellation and sold under the Bordeaux appellation, the plots of Château La Maroutine are situated on the slopes of the Saint Germain de Graves village in the South part of the Entre Deux Mers

Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are blended into this cuvee opened on intense notes of ripe fruits, violet and leaf rolling beetle. The mouth is seducing with his intense and greedy texture with almond, hazelnuts notes, fine tension and smooth tannins.

100% destemmed grapes. Alcoholic fermentation : 8 to 10 days with pumping-over twice a day (supporting the optimal extraction of the flavours and the matter). Long maceration (25 to 30 days). Malolactic fermentation in tanks.

Aged in tanks during 18 months before being bottled under sterile filtration and sterile bottling line at the Château.
