It’s the fruitiest and the most gourmant cuvée in the Mosaïque collection. It combines both the punch of the Chardonnay and the strength of black grapes.

Lively and fruity with a juicy, fleshy edge of fresh fruits and raspberry. Great length with minerality and lovely crisp characters on the finish.

Great with seafood, particularly shellfish.
