Frank Phélan, the second wine of Château Phélan Ségur was first made in 1986. It bears the name of estate founder and former owner, Bernard Phélan's son. Frank Phélan was a man of character, mayor of Saint-Estèphe for 30 years, and like him, this wine grows in its own terroir, maintaining its identity and specific quality, vintage after vintage.
