Distilleria Bottega produces a range of smooth grappas and grappa-based products. They also have a new line of organic foods.
Bottega Club Grappa
Produced using the marcs (skins and pulp of grapes that have already been pressed to make wine) of Pinot, Tocai, Verazzo and Prosecco grapes grown in the Veneto region. These marcs are placed in vats to ferment at a controlled temperature for 8-15 days, converting the marcs' sugar into alcohol. It is distilled using a steam batch method.
The resulting grappa matures in vats for at least three months to improve the smoothness and balance. Before bottling, de-mineralised water is added and the grappa subjected to cold filtration to separate the fine and “oily” parts.

Gianduia Crema Cioccolato Gianduia E Grappa
This cream liqueur is produced by mixing Grappa with liquid Gianduia Chocolate, milk and fresh cream. It belongs to the old liqueur tradition from Piemonte made with hazelnuts.
