Tasting- A beautiful nose of blackberry, cassis, plum, and red fruits complements other aromas of vanilla, chocolate, and toasted cinnamon. This wine is well-balanced with rich fruit, great structure, well-integrated tannins, and a long silky finish.
Serving- While Red Mountain Reserve will reveal its full potential with an additional 2-3 years of bottle age, it will easily cellar for 15-20 years. Serve with venison, duck any roasted meats, any hard cheeses.
