Château de La Tour
This famous Burgundy vineyard of Côte de Nuits, which is located next to the Musigny and Romanée-Conti domains, neighbours the Chambertin. The winegrowing and commercial activities are directed by Francois Labet.
Château de La Tour was built in 1890 by the ancestors of the current owners, the Labet and Déchelette families. These families trace their roots in wine to the end of the 15th century. Château de La Tour is built in the higher section, not far from the cistercian manor which belongs to the Chevalier du Tastevin. The surface of the château's vineyards is 6 hectares, making it the largest of Clos de Vougeot.
