At an altitude of 370 meters above sea-level, we have a magnificent amphitheater which provides us with a unique microclimate.
Our 14-hectare vineyard is located solely on the Givry appellation. Thus, we can exploit its tremendous potential.
We practice sustainable viticulture (certified in 2008), in order to respect the terroir and allow the vines to fully express themselves.
The quality of a wine depends on the care given by the winemaker from the vineyard to bottling.
Our values are respect, quality, trust and sharing. All our wines have their own personality and come from our vines. We favor short maceration in concrete vats and long maturation in French oak barrels. We never more than 25% new barrels because, for us, oak should not mask the wine but accompany it.
