Description
Chateau Roc De Levraut, located in Sauveterre de Guyenne, in the Entre Deux Mers area, has been run by the same family for 3 generations. Today, it is managed by Rémi Ballarin who made a strategic choice; to respect the vineyards as well as the wines by preferring low-yielded grapes to improve their qualities. So he decided to cultivate their lands with methods that protect the environment and enhance natural competition amongst the vines.
