FIRST ROSE’ WINE EVER BOTTLED IN ITALY
Obtained mainly from Negroamaro grapes, it conquests at first sight with the characteristic crystalline cherry-red colour and enchants with fruity scents of cherry and strawberry. In the mouth it is fresh, smooth and nicely persistent.
Suggested with “risotto”, boiled meat and dishes based on sea-food and white meat. Very good with “frisa salentina”.
The wine-making process foresees a particular maceration of the grapes at temperature of 10° C for 10-12 hours and following extrac-tion of the must flower (max 35%). After the static decantation it sets out the alcoholic fermentation in steel tubs at the temperature of 18-20° C.
At least 2 months in steel tanks, at least 1 month in bottle.
