Australian Single Malt Whisky.
Creamy mouthfeel packed full of rich dark fruits and sweet malt notes, which give way to sweet vanilla and cocoa interspersed with cinnamon spice.
Primary maturation in a combination of French and American oak ex-wine casks. This process is followed by an extended finishing in barrels which have held MORRIS multi-award-winning Muscat fortified wine, providing an elevated Australian Single Malt Whisky expression.
Taste
Well-balanced and complex. Dried fig, sweet malt, vanilla and spices with a creamy mouth feel.
Aging
Superb oak influence, lovely finish with satisfying aftertaste that lingers on the palate
