BACKGROUND IN THE WINE INDUSTRY:
My wife and I spent 3 weeks in France on our Honeymoon in 2011. I became really interested in wine from visiting the many wineries while on our trip (Provence, Rhone, Burgundy, Loire, and Champagne). Work in sales for 13th Street Winery before starting with Noble.
MOST MEMORABLE WINE EXPERIENCE:
Being able to taste multiple vintages of Chateau Margaux with the late Paul Pontallier back in 2014.
BEST DISH YOU CAN COOK
There are many, but to choose one I would say Chicken Coq au Vin!
