The secret of their wine’s character lies in the combination of Limoux’s three terroirs, which form the backbone of the cuvées: freshness from the Pyrenees, depth from the ocean, and roundness from the Mediterranean.
Every day, the estate practices recycling, cutting their energy consumption and looking for environmentally-responsible suppliers.
In 2013, Antech was awarded the Terra Vitis Certification from the French Ministry of Agriculture, solidifying their winery as one of the most sustainable in the country!

2022 Antech Blanquette de Limoux Brut Nature
Antech's Brut Nature wines are made with "zero dosage", which means that no sugar has been added to the bottle.
It is made up of 90% Mauzac, 5% Chenin Blanc and 5% Chardonnay. All harvesting is done by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, and the wine undergoes a 12-month elevage on the lees.
They respect and reveal the purest expression of painstakingly selected grapes and blends. Its fresh and crisp apple-pear flavours will pair beautifully with a wide range of finger foods and pre-dinner snacks.
