Dry, chalky tannins, pure fruited, fine grained and well-balanced.
Versatile for pairings as it is a very refreshing expression of Garnatxa due to its high altitude.
Red berry, salad, pasta, any kind of meat.
Fermentation at 20°C in stainless steel tanks for 4 weeks with 3 daily pumpovers.
Aged 5 months in new and 2nd fill French oak.
